MEDICAL PERSONNEL TRAINING & INTEGRITY

BestCare agrees that all personnel will follow our company’s standard employment policies and procedures to insure they meet applicable licensing and employment eligibility requirements.  BestCare commits to maintaining a minimum of two state certified Emergency Medical Personnel on each ambulance appropriate to the level of required care (EMT, EMT-I, EMT-P) when providing medical transportation services.

EQUIPMENT PROTECTION & MAINTENANCE

BestCare maintains auto commercial liability insurance for its services as required by the State of Texas. Our staff performs routine preventative maintenance of all vehicles and equipment in accordance with manufacturers, State, City and EMS authorities’ recommendations and regulations.

PATIENT ACCURACY & PRIVACY

BestCare agrees to bill patients according to applicable Medicare, Medicaid, Private and /or Public Insurance guidelines and policies.  We commit to following appropriate privacy procedures with regards to the release of patient clinical and medical information.
